What NES game would you play again?
As title said, What NES game would you play again (or play, if you never play it before)?

Duckhunt was awesome! That was a great game. I have to go with Rahl. Mario and Duckhunt. Though i thought Street Fighter on there was pretty sweet as well.

Blaster Master - I had it emulated a long time ago on my 'puter but I lost it. You could actually SAVE your game in the emulation, it was awesome, unlike the original where if you wanted to beat it you just had to play through or leave it on overnite hoping it didn't melt.

Yeah, I'd still play NES if they added a huge, red "SAVE" button on the top ^^
Heck.
That button would be broken :P

My first NES died like that ...
For the game, i'd say Mario/Duckhunt.
then Zelda 1 and 2
and finally ghost and goblins, the hardest game ever ^^

Would have to be either one of the true Super Mario Bros. (1 and 3) =P
Or one of the NES Mega Man games...
But Duck Hunt and Tetris still pwn hard!

This isn't fair, there are too many.
Ultima: Quest of the Avatar. Played it through dozens of times, never actually knew what I was doing until high school. Even then, only beat it once with Game Genie codes.
Final Fantasy III: Had an emulator to play this game (as it was never released in NA), and I'm convinced that is the only way to beat this game. Save States, or you're done. Seriously, every point in this game enemies are killing you in one hit. You get to a point where you're fighting an enemy, that unless you have a certain weapon equipped splits into two when you attack it. And guess what? It does twice as much damage as you have health! And these were the random encounters in an entire dungeon!!! Hands down, hardest RPG ever.

Hoot hoot. Semiderail I suppose, but I started playing Ultima V few days ago, PC version so not really NES foo. Originally played it on ma C64, but running that on an emulator is too troublesome, thanks to the game spanning over what, 6-8 floppies? Excellent games tho.

Just grab a NES emulator with state saves, and play on a decent pad controller on PC. Saves make some games silly easy tho :P

I would like to have a crack at mario again (c'mon Wii get to the market)
Would never touch the megaman series... too much anger.
I would want to try out the FF series that I coulda rented when I was younger but now are collector items... so I hope the Wii can give me a chance at that.

Very frustrating game, Megaman 2 was. The engine was pretty buggy, because as soon as you got hit, the game started to lag and megaman flickered across the screen. Try it in an emulator, it's not my NES/TV
.. and you couldn't save. So you finally managed to beat all of the bosses and went for the middle level (Dr. Willy or whatever) and you'd empty all your lives.. Well, tough luck, biatch! You can start all over again. Also the fact that if you went to the next screen and back again the enemies respawned didn't help.
